AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Wellston for engineering services for the
final design of Engleholm Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-585.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($16,666.00) toward
the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Wellston, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pagedale, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars
($16,667.00) toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt
of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Wellston.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Wellston for
engineering services for the final design of Engleholm Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-585.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
