AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($11,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack - Dellwood for
engineering services for the final design of 4880 Kennewick Drive
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-586.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($3,833.00)
toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack -
Dellwood, and
WHEREAS, the City of Black Jack, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Three Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-four Dollars
($3,834.00) toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black
Jack - Dellwood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($11,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Jack -
Dellwood for engineering services for the final design of 4880
Kennewick Drive Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-586.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
