AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-586 with Norman Stanley Fott and
Associates for engineering services for the final design of 4880
Kennewick Drive Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-586 with
Norman Stanley Fott and Associates for engineering services for
the final design of 4880 Kennewick Drive Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
