AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of University City Branch of River des Peres for
engineering services for the final design of North Price Road -
Alice Place Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-588.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six Dollars ($16,666.00) toward
the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres, and
WHEREAS, the City of Olivette, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars
($16,667.00) toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt
of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the final
design of North Price Road - Alice Place Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-588.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
