AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 6389, adopted
February 26, 1986, and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof,
appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund for engineering services for the
final design of Jeffords-Bartolet Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-
569.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 6389, adopted February 26,
1986, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Jeffords-Bartolet Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-569.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
