AN ORDINANCE, accepting a binder from Commercial Union
Insurance Company (Ricci Associates, Inc., agent) for the
District's Primary Premise Liability Insurance coverage from March
18, 1986 to April 17, 1986, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The binder from Commercial Union
Insurance Company is hereby accepted for the District's Primary
Premise Liability Insurance coverage from March 18, 1986 to April
17, 1986, at and for an annual premium not to exceed Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00).
Section Two. The insurance coverage as specified
herein is necessary for the protection of the public welfare, and
the contract for such coverage must be awarded without delay, thus
creating an emergency within the meaning of the Plan.
Accordingly, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
