AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Forty Four
Thousand Dollars ($344,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for the construction of the Bissell
Point Resident Engineers Office (BP-1A), Contract C-1224, at the
Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said project
is Three Hundred Twenty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-three
Dollars ($327,723.00), and the cost of printing plans and
specifications, advertisement, construction application cost and
allowance for construction change orders is Sixteen Thousand Two
Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars ($16,277.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Forty Four
Thousand Dollars ($344,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of the Bissell Point Resident Engineers
Office (BP-1A), Contract C-1224, at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1986.
