AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Bissell Point
Resident Engineers Office (BP-1A), Contract C-1224, at the Bissell
Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Bissell Point
Resident Engineers Office (BP-1A), Contract C-1224, at the Bissell
Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 20th day of March, 1986, and
formally executed on the 25th day of March, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
