AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at a point in an easterly line of Clarkson Grove
Dedication Plat, said line being also the West line of the
Chesterfield Home Improvement Center Inc., said point being
North 21 degrees 27 minutes West a distance of one hundred
forty three and 00/100 feet (143.00') from a point marking
the most southerly southeast corner of said Clarkson Grove
Dedication Plat; thence South 68 degrees 33 minutes West a
distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of
beginning of said ten foot (10') wide easement's centerline;
thence South 68 degrees 33 minutes West a distance of one
hundred seven and 93/100 feet (107.93') to the end of said
easement centerline in Clarkson Grove Dedication Plat U.S.
Survey 2002, Township 45 North, Range 4 East as recorded in
Plat Book 245, Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1986.
