AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers
and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 28 (S-2234, C-
1106), in various locations within the City of St. Louis, Missouri
and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 28 (S-2234,
C-1106), in various locations within the City of St. Louis,
Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 6th day of March, 1986, and formally executed on the 26th day
of March, 1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
