AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with A.F.O., Inc.
for the construction of a gabion wall in Rolling Drive No. 4447
(S-2202, C-1223), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to A.F.O., Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in Rolling Drive No.
4447 (S-2202, C-1223), in the City of Berkeley, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 17th day of March, 1986, and formally
executed on the 25th day of March, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
