AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc., for the construction of a gabion wall in 1484 Dearborn Drive
and 1453 Andrew Drive (85131), in the City of Warson Woods,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in 1484
Dearborn Drive and 1453 Andrew Drive (85131), in the City of
Warson Woods, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of
March, 1986, and formally executed on the 25th day of March, 1986,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
