AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($35,580.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of a gabion wall in
Warson Road No. 307 (85021), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said gabion
wall is Thirty-three Thousand Four Hundred six and 95/100 Dollars
($33,406.95), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy-
three and 05/100 Dollars ($2,173.05), and
WHEREAS, the property owner to be served by said
project has agreed to contribute Three Thousand Seven Hundred
Eighty Dollars ($3,780.00) toward the total costs of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Five
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($35,580.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of a
gabion wall in Warson Road No. 307 (85021), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1986.
