AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers
in 215 Newport (S-1996, C-1222), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in 215 Newport (S-1996, C-1222), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of March,
1986, and formally executed on the 25th day of March, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
