AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-nine Thousand Dollars
($69,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs
for the construction of storm sewers in Chester-Calvert to
Edmundson (S-2198, C-1218), in the City of Woodson Terrace,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Fifty-nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-nine Dollars
($59,279.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-
one Dollars ($9,721.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-three Thousand Dollars ($23,000.00) toward the total costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute Twenty-three Thousand Dollars ($23,000.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:

Section One. The sum of Sixty-nine Thousand Dollars
($69,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers
in Chester-Calvert to Edmundson (S-2198,C-1218), in the City of
Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 1986.
