AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Chester-
Calvert to Edmundson (S-2198, C-1218), in the City of Woodson
Terrace, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Chester-Calvert to Edmundson (S-2198, C-1218), in the City of
Woodson Terrace, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of
March, 1986, and formally executed on the 25th day of March, 1986,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
