AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Goodwin
Brothers Construction Company, for the construction of the Fenton
Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant C-1144 in the City of Fenton,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Goodwin Brothers Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Fenton
Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant C-1144, in the City of Fenton,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of January, 1986, and
formally executed on the 25th day of March, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
