AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lots 123 and 124 of the Subdivision of Chesterfield Valley
Plat 2 in Township 45 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the property line of said Lots 123 and 124 of Chesterfield Valley Plat 2; said point being distant South 7 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') from the South line of Quail Valley Drive, fifty feet (50') wide; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 7 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of one hundred eighty-five and 00/100 feet (185.00') from the last mentioned point, a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to a point; thence South 7 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of two hundred one and 11/100 feet (201.11') to a point; thence North 55 degrees 10 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of thirteen and 49/100 feet (13.49') to a point; thence North 7 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of one hundred ninety-two and 06/100 feet (192.06') to a point; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears North 5 degrees 45 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of one hundred eighty-five and 00/100 feet (185.00') from the last mentioned point, a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to the point of beginning in said Lots 123 and 124 of Chesterfield Valley Plat 2, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 218, Pages 61, 62 and 63 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1986.
