AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-594 with Black & Veatch
Consulting Engineers for engineering services for the final design
of Frost Avenue Storm Sewer Project, Sections A, B & C.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-594 with
Black & Veatch Consulting Engineers for engineering services for
the final design of Frost Avenue Storm Sewer Project, Sections A,
B & C.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1986.
