AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Liggett Blvd. #896 Storm Sewer Project, Contract
E-593.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Liggett Blvd. #896
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-593.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1986.
