AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Pardee Lane Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-591.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Crestwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Pardee Lane Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-591.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1986.
