AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-nine Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($39,825.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Wembley Drive #2438 (S-1986, C-1229), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Thirty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighteen and 94/100
Dollars ($32,918.94), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and
allowance for construction change orders is Six Thousand Nine
Hundred Six and 06/100 Dollars ($6,906.06), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($13,275.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
($13,275.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($39,825.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Wembley Drive #2438 (S-1986, C-1229), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1986.
