AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Account for
easement and real property acquisition in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict for the Carman Road Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue
Account for easement and real property acquisition in the Fee Fee
Trunk Sewer Subdistrict for the Carman Road Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
