AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
part of Lot 9 of the Subdivision of Devaney Place in U.S. Survey
2506, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the most Northern corner of property conveyed to Katherine M. Greco as recorded in Deed Book 7287, Page 1176 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being also the most Western corner of property conveyed to Normandy Fire Protection District as recorded in Deed Book 2844, Page 452 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Northwardly along the West line of property conveyed to said Normandy Fire Protection District North 27 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of one hundred thirty-five and 16/100 feet (135.16') to a point on the South line of Pasadena Blvd; thence Eastwardly along said Pasadena Blvd. along a curve to the right whose radius point hears South 39 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds East 652.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of five and 11/100 feet (5.11') to a point; thence South 27 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of one hundred thirty four and 29/100 feet (134.29') to a point on the North line of property conveyed to said Katherine M. Greco, said point being also on the South line of property conveyed to Normandy Fire Protection District; thence North 60 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of five and 00/100 feet (5.00') to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 1607, Page 345 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
