AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 4A and
5A of the Boundary Adjustment Survey Lots 4 and 5 of Executive
Industrial Park, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5') foot easements on each side of the common line
between Lots 4A and 5A of the Boundary Adjustment Survey Lots
4 and 5 of Executive Industrial Park, as recorded in Plat
Book 170, Pages 68 and 69 of the St. Louis County Records;
excepting therefrom the Northern fifty feet (50') and the
Southern fifteen feet (15') of each.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
