AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 15 of
Block 14 of the Map of the Town of Clayton, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point in the West line of South Hanley Road, Sixty feet (60') wide, said point being South 5 degrees 30 minutes West two hundred and 00/100 feet (200.00') from the South line of Carondelet Avenue, eighty feet (80') wide, said point being also the Southeast corner of said Lot 15; thence leaving the West line of said South Hanley Road, along the South line of said Lot 15 North 84 degrees 33 minutes West a distance of one hundred ninety and 00/100 feet (190.00') to the East line of an alley, twenty feet (20') wide; thence along the East line of said alley being also the West line of said Lot 15 North 5 degrees 30 minutes East ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to a point; thence South 84 degrees 33 minutes East a distance of one hundred ninety and 00/100 feet (190.00') to a point in the aforesaid West line of South Hanley Road; thence along said West line of said South Hanley Road South 5 degrees 30 minutes West ten and 00/100 feet (10.00') to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 3897, Page 326 of the St. Louis County Records and as shown in Lot 15 of Block 14 of the Map of the Town of Clayton, as recorded in Book 1, Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
