AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Seventy-eight
Thousand Dollars ($578,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Charbonier Road Sanitary Relief (S-910, C-
1234), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Five Hundred Five Thousand Eleven Dollars ($505,011.00),
and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Seventy-two Thousand Nine Hundred
Eighty-nine Dollars ($72,989.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Seventy-eight
Thousand Dollars ($578,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Charbonier Road
Sanitary Relief (S-910, C-1234), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
