AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Leebur
Lift Station Bypass (85264), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Thirty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-one Dollars
($33,981.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and
allowance for construction change orders is Six Thousand Nineteen
Dollars ($6,019.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for project costs for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Leebur Lift Station Bypass (85264), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
