AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers and sanitary
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 24B (S-2115, C-1228), in various
locations within St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm and
sanitary sewers is Twenty-five Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars
($25,700.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Four Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($4,300.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District to be used for project costs for the construction of
storm sewers and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 24B
(S-2115, C-1228), in various locations within St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
