AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred One Thousand
Dollars ($101,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to
be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers and
sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 43 (85151) in various
locations within the Cities of Maplewood, Richmond Heights and
University City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm and
sanitary sewers in Ninety-three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-two
Dollars ($93,992.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs and allowance for construction change
orders is Seven Thousand Eight Dollars ($7,008.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred One Thousand
Dollars ($101,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of storm sewers and sanitary sewers in Maintenance
Repairs No. 43 (85151) in various locations within the Cities of
Maplewood, Richmond Heights and University City, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
