AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with The Villages of
Cherry Hills Development Company for the recovery of costs for a
period not to exceed ten years by said The Villages of Cherry
Hills Development Company for the construction of a sanitary
outfall sewer for The Villages of Cherry Hills Development within
the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with The Villages of Cherry Hills Development Company for the
recovery of costs for a period not to exceed ten years by said The
Villages of Cherry Hills Development Company for the construction
of a sanitary outfall sewer for The Villages of Cherry Hills
Development within the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict of the
District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1986.
