AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 5 and 6
of Block 2 of Denny Place, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The two (2) foot easements on each side of the common line
between Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 of Denny Place, in the City
of Kirkwood, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 31 of the St.
Louis County Records; excepting therefrom the Eastern five
(5) feet of each.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
