AN ORDINANCE, transferring Four Thousand Twenty-two and
25/100 Dollars ($4,022.25) from the General Fund of the District
to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek, and appropriating Eight Thousand Forty-four and
50/100 Dollars ($8,044.50) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to reimburse the
City of St. Ann, Missouri for funds expended by said City for the
LaVista Court stormwater project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein transferred represent money
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
Stormwater Program, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Ann's share for said project
after reimbursement by the District will be Four Thousand Twenty-
two and 26/100 Dollars ($4,022.26),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Twenty-two and
25/100 Dollars ($4,022.25) is hereby transferred from the General
Fund of the District to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. The sum of Eight Thousand Forty-four and
50/100 Dollars ($8,044.50) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to reimburse the City of St. Ann, Missouri for
funds expended by said City for the LaVista Court stormwater
project.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
