AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($760,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to purchase belt filter dewatering equipment at the Lemay
Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($760,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to purchase belt filter dewatering equipment at
the Lemay Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
