AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company for the construction of the Terri-Robyn
Interceptor C-1147, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Terri-Robyn
Interceptor C-1147, in St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 28th day of February, 1986, and formally
executed on the 13th day of May, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District in the following form:
