AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of the Chesterfield Valley
Sewerage System C-1137, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Chesterfield
Valley Sewerage System, C-1137, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 7th day of March, 1986, and formally
executed on the 13th day of May, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District in the following form:
