AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-eight Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($98,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers and sanitary
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 41 (85149), in various locations
within St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm and
sanitary sewers is Ninety-one Thousand Six Hundred Five Dollars
($91,605.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five Dollars ($6,695.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-eight Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($98,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 41
(85149), in various locations within St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
