AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($98,500.00) from the Mississippi River Operating
Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers and sanitary sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 42 (85150),
in various locations within St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm and
sanitary sewers is Ninety-one Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars
($91,760.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Six Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Dollars ($6,740.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-eight Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($98,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers and sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 42 (85150), in various locations within
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
