AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($33,600.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Olive Street Road
#11118 (S-2109, C-1195), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Twenty-eight Thousand Seventy-four Dollars ($28,074.00),
and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges and allowance for
construction change orders is Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-
six Dollars ($5,526.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($11,200.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri has agreed
to contribute Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($11,200.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($33,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Olive Street Road #11118 (S-2109, C-1195), in the City
of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
