AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
January-Thurston Phase II (S-2285, C-1231), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
January-Thurston Phase II (S-2285, C-1231), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd day of
May, 1986, and formally executed on the 13th day of May, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
