AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc., for the construction of sanitary sewers in Ballas Road
Sanitary Subtrunk (S-2086, C-1232), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc., as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Ballas Road
Sanitary Subtrunk (S-2086, C-1232), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 25th day of April, 1986, and
formally executed on the 13th day of May, 1986, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
