AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres
for engineering services for the final design of 6700 Block
Raymond Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-597.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres and,
WHEREAS, the City of Pagedale, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) toward the costs
of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars
($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the
final design of 6700 Block Raymond Storm Sewer Project, Contract
E-597.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
