AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-597 with The Sterling Company
for engineering services for the final design of 6700 Block
Raymond Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-597 with
The Sterling Company for engineering services for the final design
of 6700 Block Raymond Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
