AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into contracts with American States Insurance
Company (Arthur J. Gallagher & Company, Agent) for Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars coverage of the District's automobile fleet
insurance from June 1, 1986 to May 31, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into contracts with American States
Insurance Company for Five Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage of
the District's automobile fleet insurance from June 1, 1986 to May
31, 1987, for a combined annual premium of One Hundred Thirty-four
Thousand Six Hundred Forty-four Dollars ($134,644.00) for such
policy period.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
