AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with International
Business Machines Corporation for the lease/purchase of disk
drives for the District's data processing operations for the 1986-
87 fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with International Business Machines Corporation for the
lease/purchase of disk drives for the District's data processing
operations for the 1986-87 fiscal year.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1986.
