HomeMy Public PortalAbout06586 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6586 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs for the relocation of the Shell Oil Company Pipeline Facilities (BP-1B) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. WHEREAS, the estimate for the engineering and construction of said project is Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00), and allowance for contingencies is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($210,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs for the relocation of the Shell Oil Company Pipeline Facilities (BP-1B) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1986.
