AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-three
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($123,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No.
449 (Meramec River Basin - MSD Southwest) to be used for project
costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Friendship
Village Wastewater Treatment Improvements (85236), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Nineteen
Dollars ($115,219.00), and the cost of inspection, construction
staking, advertisement costs and allowance for construction change
orders is Eight Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-one Dollars
($8,281.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-three
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($123,500.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec River Basin - MSD Southwest) to be
used for project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Friendship Village Wastewater Treatment Improvements (85236), in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1986.
