AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-515 with Urban
Corporation for additional engineering services for the final
design of Patterson-Mullanphy-Jane Dr. Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
Contract E-515 with Urban Corporation for additional engineering
services for the final design of Patterson-Mullanphy-Jane Dr.
Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1986.
