AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mangelsdorf
Construction, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Guhman
Court No. 7803 (85033), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mangelsdorf Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Guhman Court No. 7803 (85033), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 19th day of May, 1986, and formally
executed on the 27th day of May, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
