AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Carl
No. 8440 (S-1920, C-1233), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Carl
No. 8440 (S-1920, C-1233), in the City of Jennings, Missouri, with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 19th day of May, 1986, and formally
executed on the 27th day of May, 1986, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
